I specialise in working with children, adolescents and adults who suffer from a wide range of psychiatric/psychological difficulties.

As well as my private practice, my experience includes working in specialist in-patient settings and out-patient settings, both within the NHS and private sectors. My background and experience also include research, teaching/training and supervision.

I have extensive training in a variety of approaches including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Densensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) (for trauma), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) and Systemic Therapy. This enables me to match the approach best suited to your needs.

Coaching Services

As well as having a background in teaching, training and psychology, I have a coaching qualification that is one of the few in the UK recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
