Subsequent Sessions

Cancellation Fees

Should you for any reason need to cancel an appointment please note the cancellation fees:

24 hours or less of day of appointmentfull fee
48 hours of day of appointment50% fee
72 hours of day of appointment25% fee

Invoicing

♦You will be invoiced on a monthly basis
♦Payment should be made to Horizons-psych.com Ltd
♦You are responsible for all costs even if claiming from medical insurance
♦You are liable for costs if medical insurance cover expires or is insufficient
